Ordering and preordering
Change your order: We work hard to process your order soon after you place your order, so if you need to change a size or quantity send us a message through our Chat Shop App or by email at customerservice[at]weartruthandgold.com..
Add to your order: You can add items to your order by email, or if you want to guarantee your item, simply place a second order and leave “combine shipping” in the Note to Sellers section during checkout. We’ll combine the shipping and refund you any overage in shipping costs.
Preorder: We use a preorder system during our launches to ensure that you get the size, quantities and colors you want. See our Preorder page for a sneak peek of the process.
Shipping and delivery
Processing time: One-two days processing time to prepare your order and up to four days during the Holiday season (Nov 1-Dec 15th). For details, see individual products for availability and ship dates. .
Estimated shipping time: North America: 3-5 business days. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Custom delays are sadly out of our control, but we’re happy to help however we can. Please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Returns and exchanges
Please contact us immediately if you are in any way unhappy with your order. We want you to love your purchase and would love to work with you to make it right!
Returns & Size Exchange: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Truth & Gold will provide a return label for the shipment and cover the shipment of the size exchange..
Refunds: Please contact us if your package was damaged or lost. Your email must include images of the damaged product in order to receive a new product or a refund.
Cancellations: We work hard to process your order soon after you place your order, so it is important to cancel your order via email customerservice[at]weartruthandgold.com). During the holidays, we often work around the clock to ship out the same day, so please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Missing Packages: Packages that are marked as delivered, but are “not received” are your responsibility to track down. Please check with your neighbors, next to your porch, or your back door -- sometimes delivery teams can be super creative to keep your package out of sight to wandering eyes.. Your local post office can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf, but we are not able to track down on our end.
Packages that are lost by USPS will be replaced, contingent on product availability, after 15 days of non-movement for domestic packages and 8 weeks for international. We do not issue refunds on lost packages unless the product is unavailable.
If you have any concerns once your package has been received by USPS, you may wish to open an investigation either through your local post office, or by calling the main USPS support number at 1 (800) 275-8777 (select carrier to speak to a representative.)
Lost or damaged product: At times packages may get lost in the mail. If this happens, please contact us immediately; we will happily reship your order or refund your order, if the item is out of stock, within two weeks. We will not reship lost packages if you have entered your address incorrectly when making your purchase.
If your package arrives damaged, please send us a photo and we will reship your package or issue a refund after we validate your claim.
Refunds + Returns on Apparel: Apparel listings include size guides and suggestions on fit. Please take time to ensure you are ordering the best size for you. If you are unhappy with the quality of the apparel, please email customerservice@weartruthandgold.com to begin a return.
Digital Download Refunds: Due to the nature of a digital download, refunds will not apply. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at customerservice@weartruthandgold.com. We’re always open to suggestions.
Product care
Wash Care: All washer, dryers and laundry detergent are different, but many of our customers hand our apparel down from kid to kid. We advise, wash all garments and totes in cold water and hang dry.
