Returns & exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges, however during COVID 19 we can not accept returns.
To ensure that we keep our family safe, we can not accept returns during COVID 19. Unlike major warehouses that can quarantine products we do not have those facilities.
Contact me via email (shop[at]weartruthandgold.com) within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.Ship items back within of 14 days of delivery for a return or exchange. Sizes are limited to stock availability.
We accept order cancellations within one hour of orders being placed..
We work hard to process your order soon after you place you order, so it is important to cancel your order via email (shop[at]weartruthandgold.com). During the holidays, we often work around the clock to ship out same day, when the weather isn't too frightful. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

North America: 3-5 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Packages that are lost by USPS will be replaced, contingent on product availability during the holidays, after 15 days of non-movement for domestic packages and 8 weeks for international. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.
If you have any concerns once your package has been received by USPS, you may wish to open an investigation either through your local post office, or by calling the main USPS support number at 1 (800) 275-8777 (select carrier to speak to a representative.)
